For the last two days, we've been putting up Christmas lights here at the ALC. Lots of lights!

Today we did the Super Slide! A three story tower of lights! Its was fun but if you've ever hung up Christmas lights you know that decorating something is the easy part. The not so fun part is checking all the bulbs!

Jen Lully, Melanie McKito, Julie Parks, and I spent the day laughing over many broken bulbs and that Christmas song called the "Twelve Pains of Christmas".

Day two is the part when this dad says lots of things about stringing up the lights. As the days go on, he gets less and less patient in his tone, until he just starts saying things like:

"When one goes out, they all go out!"
"Why are they blinking!"
"Fine, you string up the lights!"

That was us today. It was really a fun day! I'll take pictures soon so you'll see our work.
